LOUIS...SOUTHERN WARREN AND EAST CENTRAL GASCONADE COUNTIES AND ST. LOUIS CITY... At 138 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have temporarily moved out of the warned area. Stream gages in St. Louis County indicate that many streams are still running close to bankfull. Additional thunderstorms continue to develop over western Missouri and will move into the warned area during the morning hours. Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, O`Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, Florissant, Chesterfield, Wildwood, University City, Ballwin, Wentzville, Kirkwood, Maryland Heights, Hazelwood, Webster Groves, Ferguson, Arnold, Manchester, Creve Coeur, Overland and Clayton. This includes the following highways... Interstate 44 in Missouri between exits 247 and 277. Interstate 55 in Missouri between exits 190 and 191. Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 227 and 231. This also includes Babler Memorial State Park, Scott Joplin Historic Site, Route 66 State Park, Castlewood State Park, First Missouri State Capitol Historic Site, and Robertsville State Park.
